Please specify the following:

• Source and target language
• Deadline
• Target file format
• Your contact information

For interpretation orders please specify:

• Subject of the conference
• Language pairs (source and target language), number of languages
• How many interpreters you need (for events over 6 hours long we propose to order 3 interpreters, for those less than 2 hours 1 or 2 interpreters in most cases would be enough)
• Place and date of the event
• Schedule for interpreters
• Any reports or materials of the conference (if available). We strongly recommend to provide all materials in advance, to ensure better quality of interpretation.
• If you need any conference equipment (conference systems, interpreter booths, consoles, mixers, recording devices, earphones etc.), please specify.
• Contact person responsible for the work with interpreters

Payment terms:

Before making an order please read our Service Agreement.

• We work on conditions of 100% advance payment. For big projects you can pay in parts, for every part of translation separately.
• Translated documents are sent to the Client after 100% payment. Interpretation services are provided under the same conditions.

How to pay:

We accept Bank Wire Transfer Payment, Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Card), PayPal, MoneyBookers, cheques, Western Union.
