Conference interpreters

Our translation company provides conference interpreters’ services all over the world.

Conference interpreters (also called simultaneous interpreters) are highly qualified specialists working at conferences, congresses, seminars, business trainings and other international events. According to European norms, conference interpreters change every 15 minutes, as the job requires high level of concentration.

Our conference interpreters are certified specialists with over 10 years of experience. If necessary the client can ask for recommendation letters and a list of conferences our interpreters took part in. We offer interpreting services into more than 200 languages (including all official European Union languages, all CIS languages and most of Asian languages). In addition to interpreting services we provide complete technical support of events. You can order conference equipment (simultaneous interpretation systems, interpreter booths, consoles etc.) We deliver equipment to any place of the world, and provide technical support for the whole period of the event.

When making an order, please specify the following:

• Language pairs (source and target language), number of languages
• How many interpreters you need (for events over 6 hours long we propose to order 3 interpreters, for those less than 2 hours 1 or 2 interpreters in most cases would be enough)
• Subject of the conference
• Place and date of the event
• Schedule for interpreters
• Any reports or materials of the conference (if available). We strongly recommend to provide all materials in advance, to ensure better quality of interpretation
• Contact person responsible for the work with interpreters
• If you need any conference equipment (conference systems, interpreter booths, consoles, mixers, recording devices, earphones etc.), please specify
