How do I get a translation quote?
To get a free project quote please send us your text by email: info@translation-agency.biz.
Please specify the following:
 Target language
 Desired deadline of the project
 Target file format (if you need desktop publishing service, please specify).
 Purpose of the translation (e.g. for information only, for publication etc).
We normally send a quote within 1 hour after receipt.

How long will it take to translate my document?
Exact terms of the translation depend on the language pair, word count, translation subject and desired quality.
Normally one translator’s daily output is about 2000 words. If necessary your project can be translated by a group of translators.

Can you make urgent translation?
Yes, we make urgent translations. However please note that we do not recommend urgent translations if you have “public texts” which require additional proofreading and editing. Besides, we do not recommend urgent translations for texts which cannot be divided into logical parts for a group of translators.
Time of delivery of urgent jobs (limited offer for some language pairs):
 Within 2 hours (for projects up to 500 words)
 Within 8 hours (up to 7 500 words)
 Within 24 hours (up to 12 500 words)
 Within 72 hours (up to 75 000 words)
Normally we do not have extra charges for rush translations.

Are there any guarantees of the quality of the translations?
Yes, quality guarantee is specified in the Agreement For Translation Services (please read before placing an order). We guarantee that all our translations are made manually (we do not use machine translations), and controlled by proofreader and project manager.

How do you charge per word\line\hour?
Pricing for text translations depends on the language pair, text volume, field and subject of the translation, desired quality, deadline and some other aspects. Our normal rates are from 0.05 to 0.1 EUR per word (for some very rare language pairs we charge 0.2 EUR per word). Our rates for translation into English are normally 0.05 EUR per word.
Our minimum charge for text translation is 100 EUR.
Please note that we do not apply hourly charges to written translation services.

How do I place an order?
To place an order please send us our text for calculation. If you agree to our terms and conditions, please confirm the order and process payment.

How can I make payment?
We accept bank transfer payments, Paypal, MoneyBookers and credit cards.

Do I need a translator or interpreter?
The only difference between translator and interpreter is that a translator makes written text translations, and interpreter translates oral speech.

What languages do you translate?
We work with over 200 languages and dialects, in different language combinations. If you did not find a necessary language in the list, please contact us for update.
